WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING & DELIVERY OPTIONS?
In-store pickup is available for all physical products. Pickups are available Contact to Schedule.
Local pickup is available in our Rio Rancho, NM lab. If you would like to pickup your order, New Mexico residence can select the option during checkout. Once your order is ready for pickup, I will contact you to let you know it is ready and schedule a time for pickup.
If you are outside of New Mexico but still wish to pick up your purchase, please email firstname.lastname@example.org to let me know and to schedule your pickup.
We offer various shipping options. In some cases a third-party supplier may be managing our
inventory and will be responsible for shipping your products.
We offer free Standard UPS or USPS shipping on orders of $150 or more shipped to customers within the United States of America.
We also offer expedited shipping at the following rates:
- USPS Priority Mail – Domestic (1 – 3 Business days depending on location)
- USPS Priority Mail – International (6+ Business days depending on location)
- UPS Ground – Domestic (1 – 5 Business days depending on location)
- UPS Ground – International (3+ Business days depending on location)
Once you have selected a shipping option, we will follow up after you have placed the order with any additional shipping information.
All times and dates given for delivery of the products are given in good faith but are estimates only.
For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. Unless specifically noted, estimated delivery times reflect the earliest available delivery, and deliveries will be made within 30 days after the day we accept your order. For more information please refer to our Terms.
As all products are made to order, shipping times are only representative of the time between being shipped and being received. Production time is not included in the delivery timeframe estimates.

HOW IS MY SUBSCRIPTION FULFILLED?
Auto-ship / subscription orders will be shipped based on the date your subscription was created.
Additional time should be allotted for the production of the products included in your subscription. Note: Shipping and delivery estimates do not include production time.
DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?
We offer international shipping to the following countries:
- United Kingdom
- New Zealand
- other countries where appliacable (not requiring special licensing or permissions)
Free Shipping is not available for International orders.
Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?
If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.
